• 60-minute private sessions (in-person at Frohlich Sports Academy, Rancho Cucamonga or remote with live video review)

• Solo (1-on-1 with me) or partner format (you + one consistent training partner both coached by me)

• Fully customized programming built around your physiology, biomechanics, injury history, sport, and exact objectives

• Comprehensive initial assessment + ongoing adjustments and progressions

• Higher attention to detail: specialized cues, complex movements, and upcoming tech integration for even more precise feedback

• Bonus: Nutrition Guide covering micronutrients, foundational principles, and key vitamins/minerals for performance and recovery (athletes + general population)
